I have a number of wide decals in my collection and my instruction sheet does not cover the center hinge application method. This was a great opportunity to make a quick how to video on putting up those wide decals.
I love, love, love vinyl. It’s super fun, looks like paint, and removes without too much hassle. I hope you will give it a try and Decorate with Decals.

A Chicago decorator sent me a message asking if my decals could go on the washer & dryer. Of course “Lulu-Me” was thinking IN, not ON and was totally confused. Once she explained, I couldn’t wait to see the results and it was worth the wait. Such a fun way to cheer up your basement.

This is the first of many decisions the bride & groom will have to make together. A real test in futility? Once they’ve decided on that ever important wedding hashtag it’s time to order a Best Day Ever reception decal and announce your hashtag in style. I love the idea of putting the decal on an oversized mirror, new or old. If your venue has a mirror, great! Use it. If not, I would invest in a beauty. Once the day has passed you can simply peel away the vinyl and yet, you'll have the memories of that “best day ever” every time you look in that mirror.

]]>So much excitement surrounds the arrival of a new baby and for many moms-to-be, decorating the nursery is the best part. Personally Haagen Dasz Chocolate Chocolate Chip ice cream was my priority but back in the day Daisy Kingdom bedding was today's Pottery Barn. They had so many adorable patterns it was nearly impossible to pick just one. Pregnancy hormones magnified the situation and then there’s the paint. How is one expected to choose from thousands of shades? Agony, but eventually it all comes together. And you achieve perfection! Just like your precious new bundle of joy. Absolutely perfect.
Alyssa shared pictures of her perfect baby girl nursery. I love, love, love the sweet birds with curls and the super cute piggy bank. And how nice is this . . . she shared her source for the accessories . . . Hobby Lobby! Thanks for that tip. I was thrilled to see two of my designer decals on the wall. “Sweet dreams” was applied directly to the wall and a frame placed around it. Then she chose a personalized name decal for above the crib and accented it with an iron flourish. Decorate With Decals!
